Villa 11
He asked to restore this villa to a character consistent with his social status with the possibility of social receptions and access to the view of a famous and magnificent bay.
He also asked that this major renovation respect his wish to come on vacation in the summer.
The project was therefore carried out in three stages.
- The first consisted of the creation and construction of a very large covered terrace accessible to the bedrooms upstairs and on the ground floor from which the sea view and the bay view are exceptional.
- The second was the complete resumption of the upper floor, demolished and entirely rebuilt with the creation of a single volume completely restructuring the existing villa and giving it a grandeur that lived up to expectations.
- The third stage after the completion of the first two consisted of completely taking over the existing ground floor, restructuring it and adding value to it.
These three completed stages led to the creation of a beautiful and large residence, meeting the demands of its owner and its geographical location.
This finished project is the result of the search for spaces, their connections, light and sun when it is bearable and sheltered from the rain in the seasons when outdoor life is possible.
