A 1,500 m² plot of land on a slope on the heights with a beautiful sea view to the East, towards the coast, towards Nice in the background and the Mercantour.
The owner, sensitive to innovation and novelty, led to the creation of these spaces open to each other and to the outside.
The solar course is integrated into the design, the plan and allows to benefit from the sun all day long, from sunrise until late afternoon in summer.
An Architecture in time and outside of time.
A special technique with the creation of innovative cast iron parts supporting the framework at the top of the capital columns, gives a sober architectural style with great character and resolutely contemporary character.
The architecture remains marked by rigor but also by mathematical poetics.
