Apartment

One of my clients on the French Riviera, after entrusting me with the restructuring and renovation of his 5th-floor apartment, asked me to create a large apartment in the area of "maids' rooms" on the 6th floor of a building at 67 Quai Branly, on the corner of the Champ de Mars, next to the Eiffel Tower.

The project included the attic and made it possible to consider creating a duplex.
The roof had to be raised in accordance with an administrative permit.
This required the complete overhaul of the roof frame and the supporting structure at the top of this building.
