The owner of the premises, on a plot of land greater than 12,000 m² and a suitable budget in an exceptional green setting, without a sea view, requested a large house corresponding to his needs, but which had to remain sober while respecting the very green natural environment.
The attention to detail has been exceptional both inside and out.

The garden was designed according to the same principles by a landscaper.
The design is modern in spirit, and blends into the Mediterranean spirit through the use of traditional materials (plasters, colors, aged tiles, wood).
An exceptional swimming pool with equipped pool house organizes outdoor life when the temperature allows.
The washed sand beaches are reminiscent of seaside beaches.
