The extension was created by a simple volume with a three-sided roof, two of which are connected to the existing roof.
A large terrace to the northwest is covered by a roof supported by a steel colonnade with arches supporting a glued laminated timber frame.
This terrace receives the sun in the morning and evening when the summer sun becomes bearable again.
