Villa 2

A luxury villa set on a very steep terraced plot overlooking the sea and the coast.
The very difficult access is resolved by an impressive access road wedged by stone walls recovered from the original land.
The gardens have been recreated incorporating the swimming pool, the access road to the house and the terraces.

The driveway leads to a large garage from which cars exit forward. The access curves around the house to the west, leading to a generously sized plot to the north, which is the entrance. When you open this front door, the view is across to the sea.
The ground floor spaces connect with a very large terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and embraces the view where the great blue dominates.
The terraces are largely covered by awnings, with a large terrace upstairs for the master bedroom. They provide sun protection in summer and protection from the rain.

The design of this villa is characterized by a masterful geometry that integrates adaptation to the ground, consideration of the sun's path, view, gravity, and weather management. It contains innovations and bold and unique construction details.
In winter, these protections do not hinder the solar path for the house which enjoys maximum sunshine.
The sun is present from sunrise until late in the afternoon when it finally disappears behind the hill on which the house stands.
