Villa 14

DJI_0362-min.JPG

The owner of a large property where famous people, from the worlds of music and writing, lived on a temporary basis, has decided to sell it with planning permission for a large residence worthy of its surroundings and geographical location.
The property is very wooded.
A large part of it is classified land, unbuildable.

It is built on a Provençal villa without much architectural interest, too small and poorly designed.

The project was designed within the boundaries of classified wooded areas.
It leads to the demolition of the existing small villa.
He built a large two-story house with a spacious ground floor, benefiting from a vast covered terrace in close contact with the swimming pool and its pool house.

Upstairs, the bedrooms open onto large terraces.
