A small house on a small plot with a ground floor touching the land at the back and overlooking a basement at the front.
Here again the roof is three-sided with a plan which integrates the solar path from morning to evening.
Spaces and exterior extensions were created under the light and the sun, sheltered from the latter when it is at its zenith.
Here again, modernity and poetry integrate the musical notes of the South.
A swimming pool is positioned on a lower level but close to the ground floor terrace.
The very small plot of land is used to the maximum.
