Villa 15
In a subdivision of very large properties of more than 15,000 m² each where very wealthy people resided, an owner who was my client asked me to carry out a project for a small palace on an undeveloped part (22,000 m²) of his large property, an undeveloped part, to sell it.
I then designed with my team a vast residence of 1,800 m² on three levels: basement, ground floor and partial upper floor with 10 suites, a master apartment, games room, gym, cinema... A functional apartment, for the life of a large family with very large reception possibilities to match the fortune of this future buyer.
The property was eventually purchased by a wealthy neighbor who already owned 7 or 8 hectares, seeking peace and quiet. Unfortunately, this project never came to fruition. This happens from time to time. Risk-taking doesn't always lead to success.
